Annual Meeting

The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Friday 21^st August, at Chateau on the Park, Christchurch.
Registration for the Annual Meeting, Shareholder Dinner, and Saturday drinks is essential.

Programme:

Friday 21 August
3:30pm – Afternoon tea & registration
4:30pm – 2026 Annual Meeting
6:00pm – Annual Meeting Dinner

Saturday 22 August
4:00pm–6:00pm – Shareholder drinks & nibbles

Registration for the Annual Meeting, Shareholder Dinner, and Saturday drinks is essential. Please complete your registration via the Registration Form below.

Accomodation:

Chateau on the Park – Christchurch, a DoubleTree by Hilton property, is pleased to offer our attendees a special accommodation rate of $225 per night. Please note this rate excludes breakfast.
The special rate is available for stays between 20th – 22nd August 2026 and is valid until 14th August 2026.
